Scottsdale Real Estate Market Update - #1
Each week, on Sunday, I’ll provide a Scottsdale Real Estate Market Update. In the update, I’ll show the number of homes for sale, sales currently pending (in escrow), and number of sold properties over the last 30 days. The majority of the update will be for single family homes, although I will give a brief condo update as well. To provide a little bit of granularity to the market, you’ll notice various price categories. Some price categories behave dramatically different than the broader market, and this can be quite interesting to follow over time.
Currently, Scottsdale has 4068 homes for sale, 366 home sales pending, and 328 homes were sold in the last 30 days, resulting in 12.4 months of supply. As well, Scottsdale has 1733 condos for sale, 151 condo sales pending, and 144 condos were sold in the last 30 days, resulting in 12.0 months of supply.
In subsequent weeks, I will provide trending information, relative to the previous week. After we have enough data to plot, I’ll also provide graphs.
The following is a breakdown of single family homes statistics for the 6 price categories I’ve selected for Scottsdale:
